Our Raw Bacon is thick cut, sliced pork belly (also known as side pork) with zero nitrates or salt. Perfect for those wanting a natural bacon that is free from additives. This product is NOT smoked at this time because our butcher lacks the facilities to cure products in a natural way. Check back in the future for naturally cured bacon products!
Preheat oven to 400'F.
For best results, cover a large cookie tray with tin foil and place a cookie cooling rack (or roast rack) on tray to raise bacon off of the surface to allow the fat to drip off.
Lay bacon flat on rack , cover with parchment paper to prevent splattering and cook at 400'F for 20-25 mins for chewy, 30+ mins for crispy. Pat with paper towel and enjoy!
