Our most popular item! Our traditional bacon is thick cut, naturally smoked and slow cured for a deep smoky flavour and crispy goodness. We recommend cooking our bacon in the oven for the least amount of shrinkage.
Preheat oven to 400'F.
For best results, cover a large cookie tray with tin foil and place a cookie cooling rack (or roast rack) on tray to raise bacon off of the surface to allow the fat to drip off.
Lay bacon flat on rack and cook at 400'F for 20-25 mins for chewy, 30+ mins for crispy. Pat with paper towel and enjoy!
