We use ALL the bones from our cattle to ensure minimal waste. We have
a great selection of bones cut from our Black Angus that have been
raised alongside our herd (called a fold) of Organic Highland Cattle and
have been finished on100% grass for more than half it's life! That
means all the goodness of grassfed beef is right here in these delicious
soup and knuckle bones! They are nutrient dense and full of calcium,
phosphorus and many trace minerals. Roast them and then slow cook to
make superior bone broths for soups, stews and sauces, or as a afternoon
pick-me-up for those on the Keto Diet.
Don't forget to add apple cider vinegar to the water for maximum
nutrient extraction, it helps to break down the bones for better
leaching of the good stuff.
